Peter has structured over US$2.0 billion in private equity and pre-IPO investment transactions from the principal side. He has significant experience in numerous private and public companies.
The former Goldman Sachs and Olympus Capital executive is a global pioneer in special acquisition companies (SPACs) and is an experienced turnaround expert in multiple business sectors on an international scale.
He received his B.A. from the University of British Columbia and his MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was a Chazen International Scholar
Chris Cooper
CFO and Director
Chris has over 20 years of extensive business experience in all facets of corporate development, senior management, finance and operations, in both the private and public sectors. His experience includes spearheading growth strategies, financial reporting, quarterly and annual budgets, overseeing corporate administration, while achieving company objectives and maintaining internal cost controls. Chris has held a Director position in several private and public companies over the past 20 years. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University and his Master’s in Business Administration from Dowling College in New York.
Leon Ho
Director
Leon is a chartered professional accountant working at Cross Davis & Company LLP, a CPA firm specialized in providing accounting services to publicly listed entities, primarily in the mining sector. Leon works directly with top mining Chief Executive Officers and Directors, assisting with their regulatory and accounting needs.
Sergio Guzman
Director
For the past several years Sergio has worked in the Panamanian rural regions overseeing a vast array of Agricultural projects. He has a hands-on approach to farming projects, which have included teak wood, pineapple, melons, coffee, yucca and plantains.
Being of Colombian decent Sergio has maintained a presence in its Medellin region and has visited many of the regions’ licensed Cannabis producers in the region. Sergio has also been developing a high yielding enzyme-based nutrient with very promising results.
Ami Seaton
Director
Ami has been involved for the past several years helping liaise between Canadian investors and Colombian Cannabis companies.
Being based in Medellin Colombia, He has directly participated in the tremendous growth of the Cannabis sector via his company Organica SAS.
Ami has public market experience and direct hands on agricultural understanding of what is involved in day-to-day operations of a farm. He has a degree in Marketing & Communications from BCIT and is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
Travis Luther
Agronomy Consultant
Travis has over 30 years of hands-on experience in cannabis-specific horticulture both in India and in the Pacific Northwest, Travis brings his expertise in agronomy and crop production to create systems for efficient hemp farming. He combines this with his background in custom greenhouse building to design optimized environments for indoor and field-grown cannabis and hemp cultivation.
